I first used this App on my iPhone and loved it. I recently installed it on my Mac Pro where it is getting plenty of use. Love the filter effects and the interface is intuitive. A well executed program.

I do not have Photoshop, but have Aperture. This program is great to add an arty edge.

You get a ton of bang for your buck- very high quality and comparable to more epenxensive programs. I highly recommend for anyone- amateur or profession.

It took me several frustrated tries to work this app quickly and well. Now, after a few days, I use it exclusively. It seems to give me a lot of control over what I want without making me feel likeI should be a professional. Love it!

FX Photo Studio is a great little program; I use it often. Presets are what this App is all about, but because the presets are many, and because they can be applied - greater or lesser - by sliders, and because presets can be combined with presets, the possibilities are almost endless! It’s a lot of fun! (There’s cropping, too.)

Easy to use with a lot of fun tweaks to better your photos.

A very simple way to adjust your photos, crop, and add filters. Lets you save your favorite filters so you don’t have to search every time. I don’t use this for my photography as much as I do to make wallpapers and alternate album covers. Fun to play with all of the variations.

I love this App!! You can do so much with it, and it makes it so nice to change and edit pictures!!! Just absolutely love it!!

I am able to do a lot of editing with this software to turn regular photos into masterpieces. This is a great go-between for people who want to have more functionality than just a filter but not all of the options of a Photoshop. I find that I can edit a photo in a couple minutes to my liking with this software, which is really easy to use. The best tool is the masking function which allows you to apply adjustments or filters to only part of the picture (like soft focus for backgrounds).

I used to work in a photo retouching lab years ago (before digital) and I have had such a blast with this!!! There are so many of my friends on Facebook who post what would be awesome pictures of themselves and/or their families had it not been for some unsightly object in the background. So I screen capture the pic and within minutes I make it look like a professional studio shot with this amazing app! Its especially great to correct those annoying photo bombed pics! My Facebook friends LOVE the results I send!

I have the app for my iPhone and after returning from my european vacation (london, scotland, amsterdam), I knew I wanted to decorate my home with our photos so I needed a good app for editing. Since I had a great app on my phone, I was hoping there would be one for the desktop, and there was!!! I love the app and I have so many great photos to prove it. I would reccommend it to anyone.

It’s good for all basic photo editing.. lot of filter options… only hope it had red eye removal!!!

Are you kidding me? I just paid $9.99 to get a basic editing app? The only reason I bought this was because I saw the Masking option to have more control and editing features. Its the last picture of 5. THIS SCREEN AND OPTION DOES NOT EXIST. I dont know where this came from. Essentially, I saw a feature and expected to see that feature and THERE WAS NO FEATURE. Thats not misleading. Thats FALSE ADVERTISING.

I’m just hopeless with software. I can’t make my photos smaller with this, and I can’t figure out any of it. It is not the program’s fault but there seems to be no explanation or support for beginners. I used to have a perfect program but changing to a Mac made that not work any more. I get so terribly discouraged. I really need to shrink my good photos for my web pages, but I can’t.

FX Photo Studio is easy to work with and you can find any filter to transform your photos into a fine piece of art. There hasn’t been any filter I can’t work with when it comes to touching up or adding interesting effects to my photographs. I always find a filter in FX to assist me in giving my photographs that edge that when people view them, they are jaw-dropping, breath-taking and leave people saying, "How did you make that photo?” Can’t wait for more updates and filters to come!!

I realize there are many photo apps for computers and Smart phones, but I have found this application, both on my MacBook Pro, and on my iPhone and iPad, to be one of my most useful Photo applications– probably my number one overall. I highly recommend that you check it out, and start using this app to improve and help set your photos apart from pictures that are simply snapped.

I personally think this is a piece of junk, basic filters and no way to resize a picture and save it, after discovering this i asked for a refund and they said no. There are much better free software than this. AVOID.

You can crop photos, and add effects! What I love best about this is similary to the old iphoto you can specifically edit the mask and apply the color from the filter anywhere you’d like. I definetly would reccomend this app!
